Flanged Barstock Thermowell (INTW-BSFX)
The INTW-BSFX Flanged Barstock Thermowell is a robust, one-piece machined protection tube designed for demanding industrial temperature measurement applications. Manufactured from solid barstock, it offers superior strength, corrosion resistance, and high-pressure/velocity handling compared to fabricated designs.
Available in Straight, Tapered, Stepped Forms.
It is equipped with a standard flanged process connection, ensuring secure installation and easy maintenance in pipelines, reactors, and vessels. The thermowell effectively isolates temperature sensors from process media, allowing sensor removal without interrupting the process.
Available in a variety of materials such as SS304, SS316/316L, and exotic alloys, the INTW-BSF can be customized for different flange standards (ANSI/ASME, DIN), insertion lengths, and tip designs (tapered, straight, or stepped).
